1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how INTJ Solutions LLC ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you visit intellijence.io, submit a form, sign up for INTelliJence OS, or use our client portal (collectively, the "Service").

We primarily market and offer this Service to businesses located in the United States. If you are located outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Contact and lead information: name, email address, business name, business type/industry, and any details you enter into our inquiry forms, fit-check quiz, or signup wizard, including if you do not complete the full signup process.
  • Account and billing information: business details and payment information provided during signup. Full payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor, and are not stored on our servers.
  • Signed agreements: if you sign a service agreement through the Platform, we collect and store the exact text of the agreement, your typed name (used as your electronic signature), the date and time of signing, and your IP address at the time of signing.
  • Communications: any information you provide when you contact us directly, including support requests.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, time spent on the site, referral source, and general interaction data, collected via Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Device and technical information: IP address, browser type, device type, and approximate location (city/region level), collected automatically as part of standard web traffic logging and analytics.
  • Advertising data: if you arrive at our site via a Google Ads campaign, conversion and interaction data is shared with Google to measure ad performance. Our advertising campaigns are currently targeted exclusively to users located in the United States.

2.3 Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies (via Google Analytics and Google Ads) to understand site usage and measure advertising performance. These are primarily first-party analytics cookies, not used for cross-site advertising retargeting.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide requested information about the Service;
  • Create and manage your account and deliver the Service you've purchased;
  • Process payments through Stripe;
  • Generate, store, and provide copies of signed service agreements;
  • Send transactional communications (confirmations, agreement copies, service updates, billing notices);
  • Send you information about the Service if you've expressed interest, consistent with applicable law;
  • Analyze site usage and improve the Service and our marketing;
  • Measure and optimize advertising campaign performance;
  • Maintain records for legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes, including the IP address and timestamp associated with any signed agreement, which we retain to help establish the validity of that agreement if ever needed.
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (Where Applicable)

Where required by applicable law, we process your information on the basis of: your consent (e.g., submitting a form); the necessity of processing to perform a contract with you (e.g., delivering the Service you purchased); and our legitimate business interests (e.g., improving the Service, preventing fraud, maintaining records of signed agreements).

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We only share your information with trusted service providers who need it to help us operate and deliver the Service to you, including:

  • Payment processing (Stripe)
  • Secure data storage and hosting infrastructure
  • Transactional email delivery
  • Analytics and advertising measurement (Google Analytics and Google Ads)

Each of these providers is contractually and/or technically limited to using your information only as necessary to perform the specific function they support for us, not for their own independent purposes.

We may also share information for:

  • Legal and safety purposes: if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
  • Business transfers: if INTJ Solutions LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

Each of these third parties processes your information according to their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Specifically:

  • Signed agreements and associated signing records (including IP address and timestamp) are retained for the duration of your relationship with us plus seven (7) years afterward, consistent with standard contract recordkeeping and Missouri's statute of limitations for written contracts.
  • Lead and inquiry data for individuals who do not become customers is retained for twenty-four (24) months from the date of last contact and may be deleted or anonymized thereafter.
  • Account and billing data is retained for the duration of your subscription and for seven (7) years afterward for tax, accounting, and legal purposes.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you;
  • Request correction of inaccurate information;
  • Request deletion of your information, subject to our legal retention obligations (e.g., we may need to retain signed agreement records even after a deletion request, for legal record-keeping purposes);
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in our emails;
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at Contact@intjsolutions.com.

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request deletion, subject to certain exceptions.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission and access controls on our systems. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete it.

10. International Users

Our Service is intended for businesses located in and marketed to the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your home jurisdiction.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or notice within the Platform. The "Last updated" date at the top of this policy reflects the most recent revision.
